Mold Max® 60, is a tin grade Shore 60A silicone formulated for applications requiring high heat resistance (up to 560°F / 294°C). This silicone has low viscosity and cured silicone has very low shrinkage. A and B parts according to their weight 100A & It is mixed in 3D ratio.
The life of the mixture is 40 minutes and the curing time is 24 hours. Tin and tin-lead alloy are used in casting of low melting metals.
General Features
- High temperature resistant, developed for high temperature applications and withstands up to 560°F / 294°C
- It has a low mixing viscosity and the shrinkage of cured silicone is negligible.
IMPORTANT: Gently apply the release agent to all surfaces of the model with a soft brush to apply it thoroughly over the entire area. Then apply fine spray paint and let dry for 30 minutes.
