Edincik Wind Farm It is in Bandırma district of Balıkesir. The power plant belonging to Edincik Energy company has an installed power of 77.40 MWe. 30 Nordex wind turbines were used in the RES. Edincik Wind Power Plant can meet all the electrical energy needs of 47,815 people (such as housing, industry, metro transportation, government offices, environmental lighting) with an average electricity production of 173,663,228 kilowatt-hours. When only the residential electricity consumption is taken into account, the Edincik Wind Power Plant produces electricity that can meet the electrical energy needs of 58,140 houses.
