Polyurethane is a black pretreatment primer for replacing directly glazed automotive glass parts.DINITROL 530 is a primer designed as a pretreatment for replacing polyurethane direct glazed automotive glass parts and other surfaces. DINITROL 530 is a physically and chemically drying black primer-containing solvent that bonds glass (with DINITROL 520 activator) paint and direct glass adhesive and acts as UV protection.

DINITROL 530 combines the following functions: Pre-treatment on glass and paint, Prevents corrosion in minor nicks and scratches, Compatible with all DINOL adhesive systems.

General Features

DINITROL 530 is a primer designed as a pre-treatment to replace polyurethane direct-glazed automotive glass parts and other surfaces. DINITROL 530 is a physically and chemically drying black primer-containing solvent that combines glass with paint (with DINITROL 520 activator) and direct glass adhesive and acts as a UV protection. DINITROL 530 provides many functions in one.

Application

Before using the DINITROL 530 primer, shake the bottle well until the paint mixing balls shake freely. Mix for another minute. Application of DINITROL 530 liner can be done manually with felt and/or a suitable tool. Due to its reactivity to moisture, the opened bottle should be used within a few days (Recommendation: 1 week). This product is suitable for experienced professional users only.
